Welcome to The Mobile Gaming Van! We want to ensure that your gaming experience is smooth, fun, and hassle-free. Please review the following policies before booking your event. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in deposit forfeiture.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
In case of extreme weather, the deposit may be applied toward a future booking.
Late Arrival & Overtime Policy
Your scheduled event starts at the agreed-upon time, regardless of when guests arrive.
Overtime requests depend on availability and will incur additional charges.
If we arrive late due to uncontrollable circumstances (traffic, weather), we will adjust the schedule accordingly.
Internet Connectivity Disclaimer
Our gaming van is equipped with a Verizon internet hub for online gameplay.
Internet speed depends on the event location and signal strength.
We carry a 100-foot Ethernet cable for a wired connection if provided by the host.
We cannot guarantee online gaming performance without a stable connection.
Damage Policy
Please handle gaming equipment with care.
Clients are financially responsible for any damage due to misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.
If damage occurs, a detailed assessment will be conducted, and repair/replacement costs will be communicated.
Supervision & Special Needs Disclaimer
Additional adult supervision is required for children under 6 or participants with special needs.
Our staff ensures a smooth event experience but does not provide direct supervision.
Please inform us in advance if special accommodations are needed.
Food & Drink Policy
No food or drinks are allowed inside the gaming van.
Designated break times can be scheduled for snacks and refreshments outside the van.
Behavior Policy
Guests must follow staff instructions for safety and enjoyment.
Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the gaming van without a refund.
The event host is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with behavior guidelines.
Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all guests. As such, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviors:
Physical altercations or threats of violence
Horseplay or reckless behavior
Name-calling, bullying, or verbal abuse
Harassment of any kind, including toward staff or other guests
If any of the above behaviors are observed, our staff reserves the right to take immediate action, which may include:
Issuing a warning
Removing the individual(s) from the gaming van
Ending the event early without refund
The safety and enjoyment of all guests is our top priority. The event host is responsible for ensuring all participants are aware of and comply with this policy.
Health & Safety Policy
Guests showing signs of illness may not be allowed inside the gaming van.
Hand sanitizer will be provided, and the van is cleaned between events.
Power & Parking Requirements
The gaming van requires a level parking space of at least 30 feet.
Clients are responsible for securing any necessary parking permits or permissions.
A power source is not required, but access to an outlet may be requested for additional power.
Weather Policy
The gaming van operates in most weather conditions but may reschedule for extreme weather (heavy snow, high winds, severe storms).
If rescheduled due to weather, your deposit will be applied toward a future event.
Holiday Surcharge Policy
A surcharge may apply for events on or around major holidays (New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.).
The surcharge amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
Photography & Media Release Policy
We may take photos and videos during your event for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance.
Liability Waiver
We are not responsible for any injuries inside or around the gaming van.
The client assumes all liability for event guests.
Equipment Malfunction Disclaimer
While we maintain our equipment regularly, technical issues may occasionally occur.
If an issue prevents gameplay for an extended period, we may offer a partial refund or reschedule at our discretion.
