  • Our mobile gaming van can accommodate up to 16 players at a time, depending on the game and setup. For larger events, we rotate players in and out to keep everyone engaged and having fun throughout the party.

  • We provide mobile gaming truck parties throughout NY, NJ & CT, including Rockland County, Bergen County, Westchester, New York City (including Brooklyn and the Bronx), and surrounding areas. A travel surcharge applies for events outside our primary 10-mile service area, and tolls incurred en route may also apply depending on your location.   • Our gaming truck parties are designed for guests of all ages. We offer a variety of games suitable for kids, teens, and adults, and we can tailor the experience to match the age group of your event.

  • Yes, our mobile gaming truck is fully climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable experience in all seasons. Whether it's hot or cold outside, guests can enjoy gaming in a controlled, comfortable environment.

  • No problem — the gaming experience happens inside the climate-controlled van, so parties can go on rain or shine.

  • Yes — every event includes a trained Game Coach who manages rotations, helps players pick games, and runs the experience from start to finish.

  • Pricing is based on event length, starting at $375 for one hour up to $1,000 for five hours. Final pricing depends on your event length, location, and any add-ons.

  • Yes — a deposit secures your date and time, with the balance due at the event. Paying in full upfront is also welcome if you prefer.

  • Cancellations one week or more in advance carry no fee. Within one week: $100 fee. Within 48 hours: 25% fee. Within 24 hours or a no-show: 50% fee.

  • Yes — our gaming van is fully cleaned and sanitized between every event to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for every group.

  • No — we operate on a battery-powered system rather than a gas generator, for a quieter, safer, and more environmentally friendly setup.

  • If you're more than 80 miles away, reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate your event.

  • Absolutely — whether you need extended sessions, a specific game focus, or special accommodations, we can tailor the experience to fit your event.

  • Beyond the core gaming experience, we offer VIP Gamer Packs (curated party favor bags) and a Large Yard Games package (Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and Velcro Axe Throwing) — great for keeping larger groups engaged, especially at schools, libraries, camps, and community events.

  • Peak season books up 2–4 weeks in advance, so we recommend reserving your date early, especially for Friday–Sunday events.

  • Yes — we do require parking access at your event location (driveway or nearby street parking) so we can safely park and set up. Let us know if you have any concerns about parking when you book.
